Our Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund - no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@apolobook.com with your order email and book title
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your download access for that book will be revoked. You agree to delete any downloaded copies of the e-book.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date cannot be honored. Bundle purchases are refunded as a whole - partial bundle refunds are not available.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days. However, by downloading the e-book immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive this right once download begins - in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
